MAC Party Parrot from Iris Apfel Collection

Party Parrot is a bright medium pink with little red undertone. This has matte finish so it’s really pigmented and it kinda stains on your lips. I don’t know if it’s just me but this is creamier and not that drying than other MAC mattes like Russian Red. Iris Apfel Collection was launched January 2012 with Flamingo (LE), Party Parrot (LE), Scarlet Ibis (LE), and Morange (Permanent and i’ll swatch that soon!). If you weren’t able to buy this I heard there’s a dupe for this shade - MAC Impassioned in amplified!

Mac Lustre Lipstick in Hug Me:

Hug Me is a flesh toned nude pink. It’s great for everyday use and perfect for all skin tones. This nude lipstick isn’t like a concealer! It doesn’t wash you out and it’s very hydrating and creamy. I also love that it’s not that shiny/sheer unlike other lipsticks. Perfect for day time!! You can also wear this to school without looking made up. This costs around 950 (not sure)

MAC Viva Glam Cyndi from From Our Lips Collection

Viva Glam’s From Our Lips Collection was launched March 2010 with two lipsticks named after Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper. Yes! THEEE Cyndi Lauper who sang Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Time After Time, True Colors, blaaah! 

Cyndi is a muted coral-ish red in lustre finish. I hate lustre finish because they’re not pigmented, kinda drying, staying power is a booboo, and really sheer! I feel like I’m just wearing a lipgloss. Good thing the color is really beautiful and unique. I wish this lipstick wasn’t a limited edition. 

When you purchase Viva Glam products, 100% of the proceeds will go to the MAC AIDS Fund to support the fight of AIDS/HIV.

Revlon Matte Lipstick in Pink Pout:

This one looks great on people who have fair skin because Pink Pout is a very light pink. Too bad it doesn’t look good on me since i’m not that white. (My mom uses it tho) It’s a blue-toned pink and some say it can be a dupe of Mac Angel - but i like Mac Angel more hihi. It’s a bit drying so i suggest you put lip balm on first. Better yet, put lipgloss on top to make the color pop! :) The packaging is also nice!(i’m surprised) I bought this at TriNoma for only 400+

Mac Russian Red is matte and it’s the only red lipstick that i have. I’m not really fond of wearing red lipsticks. I’m more of a pink/peach person. This one’s matte and the color goes well with almost any skintone. It’s a very deep, blue-toned red and it’s very creamy. I bought this at TriNoma  MAC stall. Not sure of the price tho, i think it’s around 950??

Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in ADDIS ABABA:

Neither lipstick nor lipgloss   I loveeeee this lipstick!! I like that it has an applicator which makes it easy for me to apply since I misplace my lip brushes all the time. I love the color. It’s very vibrant and you don’t have to apply it for a couple of times to see the color.The shade is blue based bright pink color. It’s very pigmented and it glides on smoothly to your lips. The staying power is excellent too! It’s a must-have :)

My Christmas gift for myself :).

I got two pro longwear lipglass , + brow set from the permanent collection.

Then I decided to get 4 items from the glitter & ice collection :).

I’m annoyed though coz when I was opening the eyeshadow pallet , my nail was in the way & it scraped one eyeshadow… grrr :(.
